Where is the safest place to live in Cabo?
The safest places to live in Los Cabos are the gated communities: private neighborhoods with controlled access, 24-hour security and their own HOA. That is where most of our clients from California, Texas and Arizona choose to buy. Here are the communities we recommend in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Corridor, and what to know about the open neighborhoods.

Areas like downtown San José del Cabo, FONATUR, downtown Cabo San Lucas and El Médano are open to the public, without controlled access. Many people live there happily and enjoy walking to restaurants and the beach.
