H+ is the hospital most Palmilla residents use, and it’s the closest one to the community. It sits on the Tourist Corridor at Km 24.5 and is open 24 hours. The Cabo Sun’s December 2025 hospital guide rated it “Best Overall” and called it the top trauma facility in the region.
Hospiten is an international hospital group with locations in Spain, Mexico and the Caribbean. Its San José del Cabo hospital is in the Fonatur golf area, about 10–15 minutes from Palmilla.
CHRISTUS MUGUERZA, a hospital network affiliated with the Texas-based CHRISTUS Health system, is building a new hospital on the Cabo San Lucas–San José del Cabo Corridor.
