UNDERSTANDING THE LOS CABOS PACIFIC SIDE
The Pacific Side is the coastline just west of Cabo San Lucas, where Los Cabos faces the open Pacific Ocean instead of the calm Sea of Cortez.
QUIVIRA sits on the cliffs closest to Cabo San Lucas, a few minutes from the marina and downtown. DIAMANTE sits a little farther north along the coast, with its two golf courses and wide sand dunes.
This side has the most dramatic ocean views and sunsets in Los Cabos, but its beaches have strong waves and currents, so they are for walking, not swimming.
Use the map to see where each community sits, how close it is to Cabo San Lucas and how far you would drive to the marina, the beaches and the airport.
