Soho House Los Cabos is Soho House’s second House in Mexico, set inside the Cabo del Sol master-planned community on the Los Cabos Tourist Corridor. Soho House has confirmed it opens later in 2026, with 15 bedrooms, a 200 m private beach, the brand’s longest beachfront pool, and Soho Residences Los Cabos, the first Soho House residences anywhere in the world.

Soho House Los Cabos sits within Cabo del Sol, the oceanfront golf and resort community between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Its neighbors include Four Seasons, Park Hyatt, the Cove Club and Ánima Village. Cabo del Sol has been owned by RLH Properties since 2025, and Soho House is part of the community’s new phase of hospitality and residential projects.

The House draws on local craft, techniques and traditions. It uses natural materials such as terracotta and local woods, with open indoor-outdoor spaces facing the desert, the mountains and the Sea of Cortez. Some rooms have private plunge pools.
Soho House has announced the opening for later in 2026 and has not given an exact date.
Soho House has not published membership terms or rates for Los Cabos. Interested buyers can register their interest at sohohouse.com.
Soho Residences Los Cabos has been announced as the brand’s first residential project, but pricing and sales details are not yet public. We can keep you updated and show you homes already for sale in Cabo del Sol.
