How much is a Querencia golf membership? Querencia doesn’t publish its fees. The last documented figure, from 2018, was a $160,000 initiation plus $1,800 a month in dues. A 2025 broker estimate puts initiation at $50,000 to $100,000 and dues at $15,000 to $25,000 a year. Both are separate from HOA fees. The bigger point: you must own a home in Querencia to apply. Querencia no longer offers non-resident memberships, every membership is subject to club approval, and there are two types, Golf and Social.
